We email a tracking link when each parcel ships. If your order is in more than one parcel, you’ll get one email per parcel.
Can’t find it? Check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us with your order number and we’ll resend it.
Good to know
- Orders usually arrive in 5–10 business days.
- Items ship from different US warehouses, so they may arrive separately.
- Tracking can take a day to update after you get the email.
