Free standard shipping on US orders of $100 and over. Everything ships from our US warehouses.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Your shipping cost is shown in your bag and confirmed at checkout.
Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC.
We don’t ship to:
- Alaska or Hawaii
- US territories, such as Puerto Rico and Guam
- PO boxes
- Addresses outside the US
Orders in more than one parcel
Our products ship from different US warehouses. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels, sometimes on different days. You don’t pay extra for this.
Tracking
We email a tracking link when each parcel ships, so one order can bring more than one tracking email. Track your order
Christmas delivery
Order by December 10 for delivery before Christmas.
We still ship after that date, but we can’t promise your order will arrive before Christmas.
Before you check out
- Check your shipping address carefully. We can’t redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
- Use a street address, not a PO box.
Something wrong with a delivery?
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your parcel, check around your door and with neighbors, then contact us and we’ll help. If something arrives damaged, see damaged or wrong items.
